- fuzzfactor 3y agoLooks like voters are going to need to regroup and regulate for all diagnostic work to be performed by manufacturers at no cost to consumers. Plus put a limit on parts cost by allowing challenges arbitrated by true consumer-advocate boards very indirectly paid for by manufacturers, and highly insulated from their lobbying efforts.
