I'm a big vim user but I disagree with the notion of being faster with it. It's usually not so much the motions themselves that work, but rather the ergonomic shortcuts for everything else (like LSP functions, nvim-harpoon fzf) Frankly, I'm just too used to the vim motions now to be good at other editors.
