Call me a radical but I think human beings without homes are a higher priority than paying 10s or 100s of millions of dollars a year to build a new park or pave a road.
- scarmig 3y agoYou can certainly take that perspective. It's unclear, however, how you'll find the funds to turn a city into a giant homeless shelter when no one else wants to live there because you don't offer access to safe and clean parks, sidewalks, and roads.
