...and yet, mid-level developers seem to be the most in-demand.
- whstl 3y agoBecause they're the ones who know enough to get the job done, and are not as expensive or difficult to hire as senior developers. Doesn't mean they aren't the most challenging group to manage.
- Spooky23 3y agoNobody wants to pay for senior people with a clue, and nobody wants to train cheap juniors.
