Simula is really, really interesting to me. The whole time I was watching the Apple presentation, I was thinking about how much I'd love the spacial computing facet of the Vision Pro but with a Windows or Linux machine so I could actually do things I do regularly. Given that I don't use a laptop very much anymore, I've refrained from buying a SimulaVR machine. But I'm really, really tempted to, and depending on how it evolves I might just yeet it and get one anyway.
