Also Canada/Australia (I'm guessing similar car-centric transportation is to blame) and Estonia (because of an oil-based power grid).
- modo_mario 3y agoApologies. I would have admittedly ignored Estonia for still being a small outlier but you're correct about Canada and Australia. Seems they overtook the US in 2015.
