I have run w/ 3rd party cookies disabled in Firefox and Chrome for some years now. A few sites used to break now and then and now it's practically non-existent.
It's difficult to picture many people wanting this at all. I agree with Gruber 100% on this.
- gnaffle 15y agoI think the biggest issue is the growing number of online publications using third party messaging / discussion forums like Facebook or disqus. AFAIK require third party cookies to work. Then again, it made me question whether it was really worth commenting on a story...
