- freehorse 3y agoNeither of them are 5-HT2b agonists, the cardiac effects of cisapride are due to inhibition of the cardiac HERG K+ channel, but apparently this does not seem to be as of an issue with prucalopride [1]. - PragmaticPulp 3y agoNo, Prucalopride was specifically studied for cardiac complications. Why is there so much rampant misinformation in this comment section when the facts are a simple Google search away?
