getting ruby-debug to work with 1.9.3 was one of the first things I done after trying 1.9.3.. it wasn't hard or time consuming, I don't even remember what was the fix.. so I don't get this complaints... I don't have bundle exec issues... time rake environment takes 4 seconds(1.9.3, 3.2) I agree with a lot of things in the article, but I don't have the issues a lot of people are complaining here..
