What's wrong with using them for regular writing? I don't write cursive. At all, at least not since I learned it in school. I quite like my fountain pen. I used other pens my whole life and it just felt right when I tried it. They don't write all that different than a ballpoint.
- WaitWaitWha 3y ago> ... regular writing ... :D My experience with fountain pen 'print writing' is drips and sloppiness. This happens because the tip has to be picked up between each letter and the tines will have some extra ink on them, making drips more likely.
