Just curious, can you adjust the cook time upwards by 10% or so to overcome the pressure difference?
- MegaDeKay 3y agoFor the pressure cooked squash with baking soda? Tried that and it didn't work. There is some magic that happens at the higher temperatures associated with the higher pressure.
