So, a driver supposedly reported a customer made a racist remark. Except the customer wasn't home and wasn't using the doorbell remotely. What investigation did Amazon do? I don't know of anyone that would trust a contractor complaining about a customer with no investigation. Yet it doesn't seem any investigation was done, because the customer didn't even know why services were discontinued.
