Yeah I don't think I'll be using one at dinner or hanging out in-person with friends any time soon, but there are a lot of non-work things I'd happily use it for.
Gaming, TV, casual internet browsing, stationary exercise, socializing with people remotely (e.g. VRChat instead of Zoom/FaceTime), passing time on trains+planes, etc.
- sanderjd 3y agoAt this point in my life, I do all that stuff with my family around me, and can't imagine being stuck inside a headset.
