- anotheruser13 3y agoHow can this not be considered a violation of the family's 4th Amendment rights? IANAL, but it seems like they were coerced into a situation that amounts to illegal search and seizure.
- BizarroLand 3y agoI think the counter to that is that the court decided that as a condition of being approved for bail that they had to submit to the app surveillance.
