- hospitalJail 3y agoOh man, you missed the 2020 collapse. It was only a blip. We got our real estate absurdly cheap at 3.1% interest rate. Makes it really hard to find a bigger place when everything is 3x more expensive now. We tell our real estate agents how much we pay now, and they are mind boggled.
