PG says remote work did work initially, but leaders have now changed their minds

For senior team members who already know what they're doing and how to self-manage, remote work can be great. But for younger employees and those needing to be more collaborative real-time, it often falls apart (in my experience). Cynically, I'm guessing startups also have more trouble "churning and burning" through naïve kids under remote-first policies than they did when everyone in the office for 10-hour cram sessions was the norm.
