I don’t need to speak to FSB and GRU agents to know what the Russian intelligence community is trying to push as the narrative in Ukraine thanks. If they think that the main language of the country they are in being the offical language of the area then perhaps they should move to a country where that language is the offical language. But I don’t expect that to happen because Russians are forever imagining oppression and have forever something to gripe about.
