- TeMPOraL 3y agoDoes the dishwasher count? As I sit by my desk now, everyone else in the household already asleep, I listen to the water flowing and splashing and rumbling in the machine under the kitchen counter, and think to myself - except for occasional mechanical clunk, it really does sound like a river, or a sea (depending on what part of the program is running).
