My downstair's neighbor has a dog so loud and yappy that I can hear it through a concrete floor. Maybe I should sue them on grounds their untrained, accessory dog is taking years off my life.

- fuzzfactor 3y agoSometimes the dog only barks incessantly when the owner is not home. One solution may be to stimulate the dog ultrasonically when the owner is home.
