One of the most promising aspects of psychedelics is how the treatments can have long-lasting positive effects. To me, this indicates they’re treating the problem opposed to masking it like exisiting treatments. It’s a bit of a shame the research was stifled for 50 years, but I’m glad we’re able to carry on now.
- euroderf 3y agoIt always seemed (to me at least) that the most promising path to legal reform would be to argue that substances found naturally in nature cannot be outlawed. Dunno if this idea actually ever proved to be useful in the law & politics of psychedelic substances.
