Does the revenue go to the state of NY, NYC or the federal government? I imagine a split between all if it needed federal approval?
- epc 3y agoCurrent plan is for revenue to accrue to the MTA, a public benefit corporation owned by NY State.
- bobthepanda 3y agoIt needs federal approval because it covers interstate crossings.
