The long, variable geometry baseline of such a telescope array could be a huge step up in terms of resolution.
Between that and CSST (Xuntian, which is also a "cooperative" satellite in the it co-orbits with the Tiangong 3 space station), there's some very interesting science and engineering in these missions.
