I'm no fan of spez or what Reddit is doing, but it seems like the Apollo guy made some not clear messaging as well. He's only human, I probably would have made the same mistake, but it gives plenty of leeway for spez's comments. Reddit explicitly doesn't care if Apollo dies, they have already done their calculus there, but they don't seem to be in any significant risk of libel.
