Have you ever used a VR headset?
I doubt there is ever going to be a budget headset with mass market appeal because they'd be incredibly nausea inducing.
The Oculus quest is a perfect example. It's basically manufactured e-waste which is only getting bought because of the fantasy it ultimately doesn't live to.
- dgellow 3y agoI believe I used 3-4 times an occulus headset. Not a quest, and that was years ago, I don’t remember the model. I haven’t really been interested by VR products, the only reason I find the quest kind of interesting is for beat saber, seems like a fun game to play. I cannot see myself using a headset more than 1h, and outside of gaming.
