I’m surprised by the negativity towards SO. I’m relieved when google gives me a SO hit for a question, because in my experience it has the best answers, often better than official documentation. I’ve asked about 25 questions and never had one closed. A few didn’t get a useful answer but most gave very helpful answers. In one case an answer wrote 50 lines of code which would have taken me days to figure out. Maybe my experience is uncommon?
