  There is two categories on the page, one for 15 minutes, one for 5 minutes. As for losing your connecting train, it's definitely a danger if you arrive with 15 minutes delay, yes. That's also why if you reclaim parts of your ticket price, they consider the whole journey and not just the delay of some individual train. So a 15 minutes delay can in the end mean you arrived 1:30 hour late.
