I just deleted my account of 9+ years with a good number of comments. The reason is simple: I don't know of any other way for me as a user to actually do anything against Reddit, aside from not using it. But I hate the idea of a company doing a successful rug-pull while profiting off my thoughts and ideas. Sure, it's a bummer that the info is lost - but I feel that every small bit of success they have now will increase the likelihood of something like this happening again in the future.
