There's an awesome professor in my field, prof Wei Ji Ma, who only accepts invitations to give talks if he is also allowed to give a talk to younger scientists about the story of his life and his own failures, pretty much like this, and with the same objective of combating impostor syndrome. He also has founded a thing called "growing up in science" at his uni where he invites academics specifically to give the same kind of talk so that PhD students can relate.
