This is a simple fact by the definition of the word "contradiction". Whether the FDA is correct about sucralose or not is actually irrelevant to this point. Someone can believe the Earth is flat. Another can believe the Earth is a cube. Their beliefs contradict each other but do not prove or disprove anything.
