- gamblor956 3y agoI did read the article. And I listened to the recording. As a businessperson, Christian should know that the salespersons statements were not a binding promise, since there was no mutual consideration and those statements were not reflected in the actual written agreement he would have signed. As I said, I'm looking at this from the legal perspective, not the emotional perspective.
