Selfishly, I love remote work. But I also think I’m not quite as productive or engaged when I’m fully remote. Still pretty productive, but not quite. (Compared to a sane in-person company without copious interruptions) That’s a fine tradeoff for me. I’d much rather get the same salary, work from home, and just be marginally less productive.
