- chaosharmonic 3y agoI've had a similar joke whenever I try to describe patent trolls, about how normally standards-essential patents are expected to be widely accessible, and the terms that satisfy these expectations are typically described as FRAND -- Fair, Reasonable, AND. (...Non-Discriminatory)
