3 days on site requires you to live close and will explode even more housing costs, driving lower wage people to leave. I just don’t get why companies and government don’t work out something that would benefit the country as a whole in the longer term. 2 days on site would eventually allow for a one night stay in a hotel in the area and focussed 2 days team work. I can say that I will only start looking in my area in the future and evtl earn less, start to consume less as relocating is no option.
