And the days in office can be with your team.
I don't understand how allowing some remote work makes it 100% useless.
- JamesBarney 3y agoBecause there are advantages and disadvantages to remote and in person work. But one of the biggest advantages to remote work is being able to source from a talent pool that is 50x. By having 1 day a week of in-person you are giving up the single biggest advantage to remote work.
