A lot of people are looking at it from the perspective of bias but another component is that attractive people get more opportunities to socialize and have more confidence and these things give them an advantage. I really wish it was easy to find people like that who will be your CEO and face of the company. I don't even bother with implementing my ideas because of this. A good idea is a small portion of what you need to succeed.
