Ask HN: How do you share your resume?
I see on the "Who wants to be hired" thread people are mostly using Linkedin, Google Docs or a self hosted PDF.
As a recruiter or employee what feature would you like that may prove the experience of one sharing their resume?
- JohnFen 3y agoI no longer make my resume available in any public way. No LinkedIn, nor hosted anywhere (google docs, my own servers, anywhere) that can be accessed by random people. Instead, I send my resume directly to companies I'm applying to, or have my recruiting agent circulate it to targeted companies.
