Barracuda says hacked ESG appliances must be replaced immediately
- bell-cot 3y agoAnyone here care to recommend a (non-Barracuda) brand for replacement appliances?
- bradknowles 3y agoIronPort has always been the gold standard in this space. Barracuda was the el-cheapo brand that everyone bought because they thought they couldn't afford IronPort, and then it shat the bed all over everything and they spent way more money trying to clean up after it.

- pengaru 3y agoSo they're processing attachments on the host mount namespace, not even in a little chroot let alone a container or vm... nice. Makes me wonder when was the last time they spent any resources on improving that product.
