Im always going to take anything from the frozen food heiress with a grain of salt. Disingenuous is the best description I could give them. That said the russian occupying forces wouldnt need the amount of water supplied by the canal ... that is for residents. Im sure it helps and russia has terrible logistics but blowing up a dam wouldnt change their mind to occupy.
Maybe doing it to force residents to revolt would make sense but then it would seem easier to blow up/disable the canal.

The other possible reason is scorched earth - the parts of Ukraine the flood is affecting includes a lot of the area occupied by Russia.

- nailer 3y agoNo, you wrote he was a shill, which implies a financial arrangement. Are you claiming he is paid by the Russian government or are you claiming he simply has the same position? The first is an explosive claim requiring proof the last one is insignificant.
