- pixl97 3y ago"Private rules" = "no rules" Or I should say, the rules can only exist where natural monopolies exist, any competitive market will descend into chaos as the number of entrants in the market will increase and will quickly defect from any private rule set.
- RandomLensman 3y agoNot true at all, have a look at how people got around to regulating steam engine boilers, for example. Not natural monopolies, either.
