        > ChatGPT works perfectly fine here There are generally two costs to compliance: actually compliance, and proving compliance. The latter is the concern in the EU. It's already gotten OpenAI in trouble in e.g. Italy. None of this means nobody should deploy LLMs in Europe. Just that there are unique costs that should be considered.
