Most companies appear to be going back to 3 days a week in office and 2 as remote. I imagine this will be the most common approach going forward.

- Analemma_ 3y agoWhich is insane, because it's the worst of all worlds. You still have to live within commuting distance of your workplace, with all the crazy housing prices and shitty traffic conditions that entails, but you still have all the coordination difficulties of WFH. "A good compromise leaves everybody mad" strikes again.
- SketchySeaBeast 3y agoYeah, all this means is you'll get to hear everyone else's team calls 3 days a week.
