Companies Posting Wide Salary Ranges Making Mockery of Pay Transparency Laws

- erik_seaberg 3y agoThey have to either pass or offer me what their competitors would offer me. That depends more on the value of my skillset than the tasks they might have in mind right now. That is, two candidates for the same job should get different offers if other employers would make different offers.
