- jmopp 3y agoTechnically, yes. I believe there is a theorem which states that any neural network can be transformed into a decision tree. Good luck, though, trying to write an OCR algorithm with a bunch of ifs.
- HPsquared 3y agoThe program yes, but the model is based on data which is fuzzy and uncertain.
