All the world's problems are caused by people trying to be more clever than other people. Therefor, no, AI is not going to save us.

  Yes, but you don't play tic-tac-toe anymore, do you? Why? It's a stupid game. You can't win. I do hope, just like the OP, the AI will show us that "trying to be more clever than others" is a stupid game, and our lives are better off if we don't depend on playing it.

    There is no benefit in one-upping other people in tic-tac-toe. There is a massive benefit in one upping other people in life.

  You clearly have a hatred for clever people if you can see all the world's problems caused by that. Like whose cleverness made cancer exist? Or aging exist?
