This doesn't seem possible within the attention economy which rewards engagement while engagement is driven mainly by anger.
- PaulHoule 3y agoHell yeah. I've built an RSS reader that selects articles I find interesting (it found that one) and I'm thinking about making it a Mastodon client that erases angry toots. I'm given "mute" as a tool, but I don't want to "mute" the person, I want to "mute" the anger: there are many people who have intelligent things to say sometimes but they boost crazy shit.
