Ask HN: Which is a better unified API platform?
Hello HN,
We are in need of a unified API solution. We have evaluated Merge.dev and Apideck. Need some help and tips on which one to choose?
As far as we understand
1. Merge.dev has a data sync approach and is very costly
2. Apideck has a more realtime approach where there is no concept of datasync

- harshithmul 3y agoHey yeah we were working on it but after some user research, we think there is a lot of friction and not much of market there. We are pivoting to something new and we are evaluating these.

- harshithmulla 3y agoNope checking now. But this seems to me more of an infra platform than a unified API? Am I missing something?
- aspantel 3y agoDo you need breadth (cover many APIs with basic functionality) or depth (a few APIs but advanced functionality)? If depth, which segment of APIs, email/calendar, CRM, ...?
