There are more than two groups who could have done this. The Wagner Group could have done it independently. Ukrainians or Russians could have done it thinking it advances their goals. Who it benefits, hurts, and who could have done it is messy.
- csomar 3y agoYou know it could have also been damaged by the war or it needed some maintenance and then it simply blew up open. No one knows who did this but it is really beyond the point now. There is a war going on and pointing fingers only make peace harder to achieve.
