I'm a bit concerned by the second-last entry in the list: "Unspeakable horrors".

- mathgladiator 3y agoI went through these horrors and came out stronger and less fearful.
- ioseph 3y agoI went through several "challenging" (I prefer this to "Bad", you still learn something from them) trips in my 20s, some I felt like I'd conquered or come to terms with a part of my psyche, others threw me into a deep depression unable to talk to friends and family easily for up to two weeks.
