When a place I worked changed from sick leave to a Personal Time Off system, I didn't like it. I used to take sick leave when I was sick. After the change, I went to work if I was sick. I never needed a doctor's note, because they trusted me when I said I was sick. I liked working at places where peope were trusted and trustworthy.
