If this kind of labelling was reliable (it won't be of course), I think there would be plenty of interest from people to consume news, literature, and art from 100% human sources. Speaking just for myself, I would pay good money to avoid this 0-marginal-cost alogithimic slop. Such a thing would be niche, but I think it would be more general than people who want to avoid cookie tracking
